My entire family and I have been patients of Dr. Owens for 10 years now. We drive all the way from Newport News to come to his office in Williambsburg and it is well worth the drive. Personally, I have the utmost confidence that the dental care that we are receiving is both excellent and state-of-the-art. Dr. Owens possesses a great chair-side manner and he is always very thorough in his examinations and is easy to understand when he gives an explanation of dental care options when something needs additional attention. Dr. Owens has given me a million-dollar smile by removing all of the old silver fillings that I had and replacing them with new white ones to match my teeth. He has also replaced a crown that was inserted by a different dentist years ago and now it fits and looks much better. In addition, Dr. Owens' office staff is always very professional and friendly. As a patient of Dr. Owens, I can sincerely say that going to the dentist is something that I truly look forward to!

Dr. Owens and his team are a special group of people. Their patient care and customer service is unmatched in any of my past experience. Six years ago, I had to make some major decisions about the direction of my dental care. Dr. Owens was knowledgeable, professional and practical in his solutions for me. His staff was flexible, caring and attentive from chair-side through final billing. The end result is the smile that I have always hoped for and confidence that I am at the right practice for all of my family's dental care. I am a patient for life!

As a patient of Dr. Owens for the past four years I have not only been very happy with the improvements in my teeth but also with the outstanding service provided by Dr. Owens, Tammy and the staff. I made the decision to replace older silver fillings with white ones to brighten my smile and strengthen my teeth for the long term. Dr. Owens and his staff were prompt with every appointment and the procedures were literally quick and painless especially due to the fact that all of the work was done at my chair side and not outsourced to another facility requiring another visit. In addition, I always knew exactly how much out of pocket money was due prior to my appointment and never had any surprise fees after the appointment. They worked with me to get the maximum payment from my insurance company and the lowest out of pocket cost for me even if it meant a waiting period for certain benefits to become available. I highly recommend Dr. Owens and his staff for all dentistry and especially for upgrades and repairs that will last a lifetime.

Dr Owens and his ENTIRE staff is awesome! I have not seen a dentist in many years and was extremely nervous and apprehensive about my visit. From the initial check in to being greeted and x-rayed to the actual exam his staff made me feel at ease and informed me of what was going to happen all the way through! I'm so grateful for them all that I' truly looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend you visit if you are in need of any dental services!

I hate going to dentists. So there's that. Having said that, my experience at Dr Owen's today was better than most dentists I've seen due to the friendly staff and my hygienist was very skilled and had a great personality. I don't think I have ever enjoyed conversation at the dentist before today. I highly recommend this place.

The entire staff was professional, efficient, engaging and warm. A very comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant experience. So glad to have Ed as our dentist.

Dr Owens explains things so well a really good people person hes amazing as well as his staff I was very nervous they all made me feel good and my mouth messed up amazing people last time I went 20 plus years ago I punched him wasn't comfortable so I started pulling my own got pretty good at it wasn't the right thing to do he will sit with you until you are comfortable amazing person without a doubt.

Every individual at the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Owens office is quite attractive and well equipped with the most up to date technology. My exam was thorough and every step of the way was explained in advance. I have used three different dentists over there 18 years in Williamsburg and I highly recommend Dr. Owens. In fact, he is the best dentist by far I have ever had In any of the five cities I have lived in.

Julie cleaned my teeth today and did a fabulous job as always. I am impressed how thoroughly they screen for any cancer on routine cleanings.

I love that you can go in at 9:00 and come out with a dental crown at 11:00 that looks like a real tooth and is color matched to the other teeth in your mouth. No temporary crown for a day or two! All in one day! I love the staff and have the healthiest teeth in my life after a long run of dentist who were happy to fix my problems but not interested in helping me avoid future dental decay.

Service was polite, and informative. The owner was very knowledgeable about the process.
